About Patrick Brown

Since moving from Tulsa, Oklahoma to San Diego in 1985, I have witnessed the immense transformation and growth that has occurred in "America's Finest City" during the last 20 years. After a 5 year period at UCLA, where I earned a degree in Economics and had the privilege of playing for the 1988 National Championship Golf Team, I returned to San Diego to pursue a career playing golf on the PGA Tour. During the next 7 years, I went through the PGA Golf Professional Training Program and earned a PGA Class A member status as a teaching professional. While in the golf business, I had the opportunity to play at private clubs and courses throughout San Diego County in tournaments and other events. 


In late 1999 I decided to pursue a career in real estate. Having worked over the years with such luxury real estate firms as Dyson and Dyson, Willis Allen, Prudential, and now Villa Sotheby's International, I know the level of service and expertise required to succeed in the luxury home market.

My interest in luxury golf communities began in 2004 when my wife Lauren and I decided to join a golf club in the Rancho Santa Fe area. We looked at all of the clubs and evaluated them on course quality, amenities and services. We eventually settled on a newer private club in east Rancho Santa Fe, The Crosby Club. The Crosby is a private, gated community that offers the finest in luxury golf resort amenities and service.

I have handled real estate transactions on both lots and homes in The Crosby and know the market well. However, my experience and knowledge of golf communities is not limited to The Crosby. I have represented buyers and sellers of luxury homes in golf communites all over North San Diego County. My recreational interests include golf, skiing, endurance sports, backpacking, music and chasing my two young children, Carson and Colton.
